Through detailed review on related literatures, the study shows the definition of conflict, the types of conflict and how to measure interpersonal conflict. According to the research result of the foreigners, we select the theory and Rahim organization conflict inventory put forward by Pro.Rahim M.A. as the guide to follow. The goal of the study is to understand the interpersonal conflict in the enterprises in China and the key is to construct the inventory for interpersonal conflict in China.Follow the principles and techniques of psychometrics and statistics, such as investigation and factor analysis, the author finally work on an inventory on interpersonal conflict . According to the data, the study also analyzes the relation between interpersonal conflict and characteristics of population. The result indicate when handling interpersonal conflict with boss and fellow, there is six factors: integrating, yielding, obliging, dominating, avoiding and compromising; when handling interpersonal conflict with subordinates, there is six factors: integrating, yielding, accommodating, dominating, avoiding and compromising.
