A Study On Interpersonal Communication Disorder Of The Elderly In Rural Welfare Homes

This study aimed at rural welfare homes the interpersonal problems of the elderly,selected the zhouqu county S welfare homes in 25 old man as the research object,using the questionnaire survey,typical case studies,participatory observation research methods,such as investigation and study,draw zhouqu county S welfare homes in interpersonal personality disorder in the elderly,cognitive impairment and emotional disorders,disabilities and other specific communication disorders.The formation of these communication barriers is often not caused by a single factor,but a number of factors over a long period of time and mutual influence and interaction.Through the analysis of the questionnaire results and interview data,the author found that the interpersonal communication disorder of the elderly in S welfare house of zhouqu county was formed by the interaction of the elderly individuals and their surrounding peer groups,family,welfare house,community and the transfer effect of government welfare policies.Ecosystem theory emphasizes that human behavior is not completely the result of their own factors,but the result of interaction with the external environment.In order to be able to effectively respond to and improve the interpersonal communication problems of the elderly in zhouqu county S welfare homes,guided by the theory of ecological perspective,the writer,from the perspective of the micro system,medium system,macroscopic system,puts forward improving zhouqu county welfare homes in old people S interpersonal problems countermeasures,in order to help S welfare effectively solve the problems of interpersonal barriers in welfare home.In addition,through the research in this paper,it is also hoped to provide a kind of countermeasures for the similar plight of rural welfare homes for reference,and then build a new type of mutual assistance,harmony and comfort of the welfare home interpersonal environment,to promote the elderly in rural welfare homes in such a welfare home people enjoy their old age.
