Analyze Loss Of Ethylene Plant Of TPCC And Research Of The Solution Traps

Ethylene Plant of Tianjin Petrol Chemical(Original name:Tianjin United Chemical Corporatioan),which is state "85"important project,built in "95", was invested together by Tianjin City and China Petrol Chemical Company.In December 1995,it was first successfully put into production.The project was supported with RMB225 million by the owner and the total investment reached RMB 6040 million. Since production,the operation is normal.However due to the equipment is not systematic,product structure is not good and exchange rate is not stable,the company state is in the downtrend.In this thesis, the internal and external ethylene enviornment,Tianjin Ethylene Plant internal enviorment,ethylene industry and Market of Tianjin ethylene product are analyzed. The Tianjin Ethylene's Superior, Worse, Opportunity and Threat were summarized, which construct SWOT matrix. Through SWOT analysis, the development strategies Tianjin Ethylene Plate were introduced:1.Strengthen Management to set up modern company management style. 2.Set up and perfect modern company system3.Apply Human resource strategyThe 3 strategies are the basis of the Tianjin Ethylene Plant development. On this basis, new technology and new product strategy were developed. In this paper, how to apply these strategies are also introduced in details.
