Research In Industry Structure Optimization Of Yufeng District Of Liuzhou City Based On Entropy Theory

In coming to the 21st century, China's economic development pattern is experiencing transition. According to the requirements of new industry courses, we should accelerate regional economic development, optimize industry structure, avoid blinded development or un-systematic competition through programming and adjusting all industries within the region, purge the industries with lower productivity, develop service industry more deeply and fully, strongly push for information trend and drive the industry with information. Regional industry structure must be combined with the development of the region; for this reason, it is necessary to emphasize the general function of regional systems and the optimization of the collaboration of all resources of the region according to the requirements of regional modernized, to achieve the lowest requirements of the entropy status of the regional industry structure to assure the harmonious development between the regional economic operation and the humanity and natural environments development.This paper is based on the project that the School of Management of Tianjin University took for the government scientific research of Yufeng district of Liuzhou City. Combined with the author's tentative research on the industry structure of Yufeng district, this paper discuss the optimization of the industry structure of Yufeng district quantitatively and qualitatively.First, introduce the concept of region and the principle of regional development generally, expatiate the development progress of regional economic and the future research direction.Secondly, introduce the entropy theory from the perspective of applied practice, probe into the regional economic development pattern under the basis of entropy theory with the foundation of the entropy thought of economic management and the model of developing economic-development entropy.Thirdly, to analyze the current status of Yufeng district, to make the quantitative analysis of the industry structure of Yufeng district with the data set up on the model of industry budget optimization under entropy weight coefficient.Then, to adjust and optimize the industry structure of Yufeng district with the model, and make systematic evaluation of the strongly linked government structure of Yufeng district and present corresponding suggestion on adjustment. Lastly, systematically analyze the whole natural, social, and economic environments of Yufeng district to present suggestion for the continuous development of the low entropy of Yufeng district.
