Description And Evaluation Of Organization Structure Of Operational Command System Based On Entropy Theory

Operational command system is a complex system, and Entropy theory is an effective tool to research complex system. This paper uses entropy theory to discuss the issue of organizational structure of operational command system and the combination of quality method and quantity method is imposed to discuss the configuration and cause of organizational structure of operational command system under the information-based condition. The entropy model of organizational structure of operational command system is made up, and the characteristic and meaning of the model is analyzed. At last, the step and approach of evaluating the organizational structure of operational command system is discussed, and the technical route is analyzed.The entropy theory is rooted from thermodynamics, however, because of its profound thinking and powerful penetration, the entropy is extended to every field of science research, including information science, economics, management science and so on. The usage is more and more broad. This paper firstly discusses and researches the entropy theory and organizational structure of operational command system. The organizational structure entropy and organizational structure dissipation are analyzed. The inside and outside conditions of forming dissipative structure are pointed out, and the dissipative model of organizational structure of operational command system is made up. It analyses how the organizational structure entropy and organizational structure dissipation influences the efficiency of operational command system. From different perspectives, this paper analyses entropy in and out of operational command system and entropy flow system of organizational structure is set up. The in-depth analysis is made of the characteristic of the top structure about the operational command system. Based on the previous structure model, an improvement is gained and the meaning is studied.The entropy theory is introduced into the research of operational command system, as a reference to survey the organizational structure issue about operational command system from a new perspective. The adoption of combination of quality analysis and quantity analysis is a try to link military theory and technology. At last, the operation step and technical route is tried to make in this dissertation, which promotes the research of operational command system theory and provides as a reference and guidance on the evaluation and construction of operational command system.
