Baoding Fengfan Rising Battery Separator Co Ltd., is a joint-venture company between Baoding Fengfan Group, the largest lead acid battery manufacturer in China and Rising company, a British technical company. The company was found in year 2000 and it took two and half years to build the plant, establish the company and develop the market. Now, the company is running well and its capacity of output and sales has reached the designed goal. It is beginning to step in normal running stage.This thesis, aiming at analyzing and solving the company quality huddles by using quality management mode in which a Six Sigma management was carried out based on ISO-9000 quality management system. Concerning the trait of processing material producing and the actual situation of Rising Company, Six Sigma organization structure is set up and Six Sigma members are offered. In the mean time, a training for Six Sigma knowledge and concept is also involved. This thesis, using the Six Sigma breakthrough tools to lead DMAIC improve action. Process capacity index and sigma value are used in measuring the achievement for today and the future. From here, we could find the critical process and spots. We could be defining them as project and then managed it. During the data collection, Gage R&R method is applied to analyze the measurement system. Meanwhile, DOE (Design Of Experiment) and Analysis of variance method are employed in the action. By using all of these tools and methods, we are able to decide the priority of projects and then monitor and control it. Finally we could achieve the Six Sigma comprehensive ability.
