| After analyzed two difficulties of injection-mould design-material selection and gate design, this paper brought forward making use of quality function deployment and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to solve those problems.First the paper introduced the concept and process of mould design as well as the concept of quality function deployment and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, discussed the feasibility of quality function deployment and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. Second, the paper analyzed the technical parameter of selection, set up a quality function deployment process model. Third, following analyzed some factors, which affects the manufacturability, the paper set up a technical evaluation index system and membership functions, and moreover, established a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model. Last, the paper employed a real case to check out the quality function deployment process model as well as the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model. |
