Study On The Sustained Development Of City Water Supply In Qinhuangdao

Water is the prerequisite for human being to survive and the fundamental of society sustained development, but with the development of economy and population explosion, new problems and contradictions of water resource's sustained utilization have turned up: insufficiency of water supply , water pollution, scramble for soil between people and water, deterioration of ecological environment and so on. The main manifestation is: insufficiency of water supply, farmland drought, output reduction of industry, difficulties of city water consuming which result in scramble for water between industry and agriculture, so does different regions, at the same time the problem of wasting water is serious; excessive land and water reclamation, grazing and lumbering which destroyed ecological balance and productive conditions, lead to the topsoil's extreme vulnerability to erosion; marshlands and lakes are reclaimed, rivers and shoals are embezzled, which do great damage to ecological environments; ground water is over exploited and the level ground is sinking so that seawater will invade; excessive water waste which edge out the need of environment; with the rapidly water pollution, the quantity of water consuming is increased, as well as polluted water, which is not purified at large.Combined the present concrete conditions of Qinhuangdao and it's history of water supply with future development projects, this dissertation assess the city's water resources state and analyze it's ability to supply water and the distribution regularity of water capacity, including water demand and it's regular pattern and the balance, based on the relationship between water resources and the sustained development. According to those above, this dissertation put forward the concrete means of sustained development of city water supply in Qinhuangdao: water conservation, reasonable distribution, economize use of water, integrated system of water control.Finished the analysis of present conditions and tactics from the view of sustained development, the anther assess the present conditions of water supply, using stratification analysis method, and then rank the influence factors which have significance to establish a scientific strategy of water control and achieve sustained development of city water supply.
