Used the modern management theory and based on the actual planning process of the POP ( the point of purchase advertising) of drugstores network program of SUN Advertisement Company. The thesis makes a study of optimum on the tactics of affecting enterprise's marketing competitive capability and beneficial result in the scattered industry by using scientific methods.The thesis expatiates in the first part on the theory of marketing strategies. Then it analyzes the market environment of Tianjin SUN Advertising Agency and the structure of the advertising industry on the basis of the analysis of environment, analysis of the structure of the advertising industry and SWOT. Thus the target market and marketing strategies are selected. The thesis is aimed to help enterprises know the crux of the problems and distribute the resources rationally, and to put forward the marketing measures for their future market exploitation as well.
