BCG-PSN, an abbreviation of Polysaccharide-Nucleic Acid, is extracted immune effective composition from M. bovine BCG strain. It is a two-ways immune and therapeutic modulator to prevent and cure many immune diseases as well as a National key New Drug.The article shows that like BCG--- a two-ways immune and therapeutic modulator entering into market is inexorable trend that up to present stage Chinese economic development has made the people put emphasis on their own body health. In the situation of present domestic market, as an enterprise of biological products -----Chengdu Institute of Biological Products, it should research and explore some new ways to accelerate the progress of BCG-PSN marketing through some reasonable and efficient enterprise management strategies. The article points out that although Chengdu Institute of Biological Products is a big national enterprise of comprehensive biological products and development, BCG vaccine department made BCG-PSN is one of the two key ones. It also produces BCG vaccine and its series products (BCG-PSN , one of BCG vaccine series products ). It has a fifty- year history, stronger ability of technical and development and rich experience of product quality control. However, it keeps behind other enterprises entered into biological products for similar products in marketing management of BCG-PSN. The reason is that concept of enterprise management strategy is very important to an enterprise management development. The article elaborates five main stages of management history changes, but demand party strategy is regarded as the most advanced theory of management at present. It shows a direction of management strategy for an enterprise. Marketing economy requests us to take a market as a direction when we make management strategy for it, that is, adopts a decision pattern---a strategy based on market, but other management theories, such as product party theory, industrial economics, management theory, consumers behavioral science, competition strategy, are all decision patterns---a strategy based on their own resources. It is difficult to suit need for further development of market economy The article also points out that demand party strategy is to take consumers as supporters of final and only one stockholder value. The source of an enterprise competition advantage is to set up and maintain good relationship of constant trust and long cooperation with consumers. It's clear that a decision of an enterprise management strategy is based on market consumers' need. Therefore, demand party strategy is a real direction of management theory based on market. It is a management theory of tallying with market economic development and regular patterns. As for an enterprise, it should know how to take enterprise management strategy cooperation to promote their marketing strategies for BCG-PSN. The article makes a comparative analysis to some classical marketing patterns, for example, agent system, system of buying a right of selling, direct marketing pattern, management selling pattern, assisted selling pattern, direct marketing pattern, etc. It's thought that marketing strategy of BCG-PSN entering into market should adopt an assisted selling marketing pattern because it is advanced and tallies with real selling pattern for Chengdu Institute of Biological Products.An entire enterprise management strategy at least includes three levels: â‘  What is the concept of enterprise management strategy? â‘¡ What strategies should an enterprise take to face competition opponents? â‘¢ How does an enterprise cooperate their strategies to embody a concept of enterprise marketing strategy and form enterprise competition advertisements? At last, the article narrates how a market of BCG-PSN marketing strategies is being developed and maintained.
