The real estate industry in China is faced with new opportunity of rapid development.The exterior environment of the Industry is experiencing considerable transformation , the leaders in real estate industry wake up to the enterprise's brand will help the development of the company in the future.so they are paying more and more attention to the establishment and maintenance of the enterprise's brand . This thesis is structured with the operating process of enterprise's branding management.It can be roughly divided into four parts : enterprise's brand theory, enterprise's brand position,brand management actualization and cases .Through the comparative analysis,theoretical research ,this thesis try to answer the three questions: First is the feasibility of build brand in real estate;Second is how to position the brand management in real estate brand;Third is how to implement the brand management.
