With the rapid development of information technology during these years, E-business has more and more important effect on enterprises' competence strategy. E-business is changing the position of competence, the velocity of activities and the essence of leadership. In order to exert the potential advantagy of E-business, corperations must look on E-business from the point of view of strategy.Opportunities provided by hot competence and E-business compel the traditional corporations to set up a new model of E-business. As traditional business, Community enterprises how to strategically ponder the orientation of customer, market and competence by using E-business? How to build successful business model? How to set up themselves competence advantagy? These are the problems will be given solutions in this article.First, this article begins from analysis of the status of Chinese community service business and reform of enterprises management by E-business, with the whole structure of putting forward, making, enforcing and evaluating S corporation's E-business strategy, researchs the deep influence making by E-business to traditional community service. Second, starting with analysis of S corporation's inside and outside condition, this article uses the models of 5-power, SWOT matrix, E-business value chain to analyze S corporation's traditional business. At the base of the analysis puts forward to use no-boundary expend competence advantage of E-business to build enterprises' core competence. From the on, analyzes S corporation's strategy enforcing process on the aspects of project management, marketing and strategic alliance. Last, illustrates S corporation's merits and drawbacks during its strategy enforcing process, and evaluates its strategy by the view of BSC and risk management.Farther more, this article elaborately illustrates and analyzes S corporation's E-business model, and combines its plan and tactic of business operation, system structure and resolvent of realization E-business platform. The article is new exploring of traditional business how to do E-business by considering the situation of a country, It is hoped this article can be used for reference by other enterprises as how to make their own development strategy entering into E-business times.
