With the development of household appliance enterprises, the focus of competition has shifted from products to marketing channel. Because of employing the modern operation mode, Interlocked management enterprises achieve quickly dimensional benefits of sale network. By the end of 2004, the restriction to foreign enterprises will be cancelled in commodity circulation. The competition will become more fierce in retail trade of china. So that interlocked firms should fasten development and enhance their comprehensive competence to face the future challenges.On its developing way, Company S should make out its own marketing strategy to deal with the opportunities and challenges caused by separating from Guomei company, and develop its own chain stores. Thus, the thesis has great importance to Company S for its emphasis on marketing strategy.The thesis firstly analyses the present condition of Company S comprehensively and finds out the main questions of its operation, describes the situation of household appliance industry in our country, analyses the competetive condition, finds external opportunities and threats, strength and weakness of Company S.Then the thesis puts forward competitive strategy focusing on target market and marketing combination strategy in 4Ps of Company S as well as service strategy, CI strategy. At last the thesis analyses the main questions of Company S deeply and puts forward suggestions including establishing internal market conception and building talent group.The thesis makes out operative marketing strategy for Company S from the respect of its development and competition, based on marketing and strategy theory and its practical information, with qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis. Also the thesis is useful to some other sale companies of household appliance.
