The chain operation about retail trade in china is in the stage of beginning. With the incessant innovation and diversification of the retail form, the retail trade shows very powerful effect and life-force , and has been the leading operation form, especially the retail trade of operating IT chain is still in the stage of beginning.Hisap is a retail trade company, which has 40 terminal markets in the east China. With the introduction of the related theory about terminal marketing, the author combined with the practical working experience and did a research about marketing strategy of Hisap. The research starts with the environmental analysis of terminal marketing, analyses the external competing environment and status in detail, and brings forward the Hisap marketing strategy about product price advertisement information management, sales promotion service and person and so on. It hopes to offer a useful reference about marketing to walk out the east of China and then lead the whole China, and be meaningful to the ordinary chain enterprises, especially the IT chain enterprises.
