The Research On Implementation And Performance Evaluating Of Enterprise Resource Planning(ERP) In Chinese Enterprises

This article follow the principles : from the theory to practice. The chief research ways I usedare followed : case, case can let people deeply understand the problem and make the research moremeaningful ; chart . the chart is clear ,explain it directly; contrast, the contrast can make people findthe right way.Now,the competition among the companies became more and more furious, thetraditional business got more challenge. The ERP application in enterprise had been amost effective way to business process engineering,reduce cost and get competitiveadvantage. It is no doubt that the ERP implementation is a revolution for Chineseenterprise, the value isn't only to improve the extent of automatic computermanagement ,but also a transform of enterprise management religion of people.The article is broken into four section ,the first is introduction, which simplyintroduce the aim and meaning of this article, the research on it home and broad ,and theconcept ,idea and evolvement history of ERP.The second chapter: ERP application research in chinaThrough investigation and summing the application of ERP in china, I found thatmany companies still lost in application of ERP system, the success ratio is so low, why?Through the analysis, the main problem of failure in ERP application come up, finally,case prove the front the analysis.The third chapter : Chinese enterprise how to put ERP into practice successfully.Aiming at the main problem, I put forward the precondition on ERPimplementation, through the contrast, I analyzed the key successful factor about how toput ERP into practice successfully, then I describe the model and process of ERPimplementation, then discuss the tactic of ERP implementation based on BPR. Finally, Ideeply analyze the role of BPR in ERP implementation through case.The fourth chapter: research on ERP performance in Chinese enterpriseReferring to foreign ABCD test table,USA standard research organization"Benchmarking Partner" ERP evaluating system ,combined the practice of Chineseenterprise, set up our ERP evaluating system adapted to Chinese enterprise and use AHPscientific method to evaluate the performance of ERP, according to result, improve andcorrect the shortage in ERP.
