In recent years, with the speeding up of our country to build a well-off society in an all-round way, as the backbone of taking the responsibility of connecting masses and developing for a certain region,grass-root leading cadres have been expected and required higher and higher by the public. It has been one of the major subjects to precisely choose the right leading cadres not only for the CPC committees and people’s governments at all levels but also all the organization-personnel departments. As the foundation and basis for selection and appointment, the significance of accurately evaluating the real performance of leading cadres with effective ways has now been more and more highlighted.As one of the old sub-districts belongs to local provincial city, TQ Sub-district is now in a period of strategic opportunities to fully adapt to the new normal economic development and speed up the transitional development.
