Haier is the most famous trade mark in China. Haier Refrigerator made by Haier Group is the most important product which greatly supports the rapid development of the Brand. Because life standards are getting much higher now, many people want more and more peculiar and characteristic productions. After Haier Refrigerator Company makes a fruitful of profit by selling the special refrigerators, many other refrigerator companies are planning to go into and share the market with Haier Group.Facing both with great chance and challenge, what Haier Refrigerator Company should do? What the future market of special refrigerator will be and whether Haier Refrigerator company should develop the special refrigerator market or not? If they develop the market, what the market strategy and price strategy should they choose? And what market position should they choose which can make them take up the market quickly? After developing the market, what the economic effect would be?The knowledge learned from the courses can be used to solve these problems. Guided by many relative theories, these problems are studied in detail as follows. Firstly, the special and individual trends are the main direction of the refrigerator market in the future is proved after the market has been analyzed.
