As the increase of social employment pressure, the employment effects of tourism are getting more and more attention and researches on evaluation of employment effect also increase gradually. However, the existing research findings are circled around the expansion of jobs by the development of tourism industry. For lack of analysis of tourism employment effect's implication and evaluating indexes, the findings are all about tourism employment's macroscopic capacity (or quantity) effects and can not reflect the overall employment effects of tourism industry by using existing indexes. The methodologies in this paper mainly include literature study, model analysis, field survey, deep interview, comparative analysis and the clue of it is analyzing existing situation, spotting problems, establishing indexes, studying cases and summing up. Based on the research findings in our country and abroad, this paper summarizes and analyses existing evaluating indexes, gives some feasible evaluating indexes and establishes an evaluating index system of tourism employment effect from both macroscopic and microscopic aspects in order to evaluate the overall effects of tourism employment including capacity effect and quality effect. The whole paper can be divided into 5 chapters. Chapter 1 is the exordium which introduces the reasons why to select this subject, the researching aims, content, meanings and methods and defines the conceptions used in this paper. Chapter 2 analyses the opinions on tourism employment effect and the use of evaluating indexes in existing research findings. This chapter points out that the cognition about tourism employment effect is still defective which restrict the use of evaluating indexes and then cause the deficient in tourism effect evaluation. Chapter 3 establishes an evaluating indexes system of tourism employment effect including macroscopic tourism employment quantity effect evaluating indexes, macroscopic tourism employment quality effect evaluating indexes, microcosmic tourism employment quantity effect evaluating indexes, microcosmic tourism employment quality effect evaluating indexes. Chapter 4 completes the empirical study of the established index system. Chapter 5 is the ending which gives some advices need to be noticed in establishing the index system and a few aspects can be further researched. The innovation of this paper lies in recognizing tourism employment effects and establishing evaluating indexes from a systemic and new angle. This expands the evaluation of employment effect from macroscopic aspect to microscopic aspect, the evaluation content from employment capacity (or quantity) effect to employment quality effect. And the evaluation scope enlarges to 3 elements of regional, corporate and personal closely related to tourism employment. The effect evaluating indexes system affords a probability to fully evaluate the tourism employment effect.
