Analyzing On Technological Overflowing Effect On Direct Investment By Transnational Corporations

Transnational corporation, which internalizes its technology transferring by Direct external investment, is a main creator of the world's advanced technology and also a main supply source of advanced technology. This technology transferring may bring some external economy-technological overflow, which can not be accurately measured as well as other external.This paper cites some arguments on the externals made by western economists and argues on the basis on how technology overflows, the limit factors and the advantages of the realization of technological overflowing. In the end, it puts forward some measures that will be effective in bringing technological overflowing into full play.
