The Research Of The Transmitting Mechanism Of Technology Progress In International Reverse FDI

More and more enterprises of developing countries are making FDI to developed countries or areas where there are more advanced technologies and more capital with the development of international reverse FDI. And what's more, these enterprises usually have more technology progresses than other domestic enterprises, which makes it very important that we should know the interaction. Based on summarizing relative researches and analyzing the characters of reverse FDI of developing countries' enterprises, this article mainly explains the transmitting mechanism of technology progress in international reverse FDI in accordance with the theory of Expendable Structure and the supposition of Factor-Operating FDI, which has been proved by the facts, including the transmitting motives, transmitting paths, influence factors, effects, stages and cycles. At last, due to the situation of Chinese enterprises' FDI, some suggestions about how Chinese enterprises make reverse FDI are given.
