This essay, guided by the fundamental principles of Marxism Politics, by dissecting three traditional core conceptions in political circle, namely, national power, political democracy and political life, aims at building and distinguishing the relation between legalization and politics.The author argues that the human nature of subject of national power on the original premise of the property owner relation causes the corruption of national power, that the weakness of political democracy itself is the origin bringing about the negative effect in the course of broadly interfering in the social life, that people's anticipation of ideal political life pursues the governance approaches in reality.This essay, based on the three categories above, explores the relation between legalization and national power, as well as political democracy and political life: in the supper lever, legalization prevents national power from being abused, in the lower level, legalization secures and popularizes political democracy, in turn, the governance approaches of rule of law keeps promoting the rational realization of ideal political life. |
