Till now, little time is spent on some specific researches on the transfer of training, and few research findings of the insurance salesman training are found. To break the barrier, this research exerts the salesmanship of insurance salesman by a self-edited questionnaire, which is fairly reliable and valid. Data analysis figures out that:1. The salesmanship of insurance salesman consists of 6 dimensions: sociability,utility ability , self-knowledge , lang ability, marketing idea and marketing knowledge.2. Training transfer have taken palce in 4 dimensions: marketing knowledge, utility ability , sociability and self-knowledge . We have no other besides diploma have occured difference in the transfer of training.3. In the personality factors which influenced the transfer of insurance salesman operative skills training, self-efficacy and internal control have negative correlation to the transfer of training,chance and powerful others have positive correlation to it. In the five factors model of the personality,five dimensions have correlation to the transfer of training,too.4. Research shows that in the salesmanship training of insurance salesman,if analyse the individual complication before,and the choice the content and method of train,it can advance the effect of training.
