Research On Personality Character Of Knowledge Worker And Motivate Factors

Along with the more and more stinging international competition and knowledge economy, knowledge worker has become not only the impetus of the enterprise's development but also the core human resource that determine the later development oi enterprise. What's more, how to waken their potential, how to hasten their self-fulfillment and how to form an effective prompting mechanism are some certain pivotal problems. Furthermore, it's an important academic and practical problem.This paper is based on consulting information, visiting knowledge worker and surveying questionnaire. By reviewing relative personality theory and motivate theory, the paper, which found 13 characters, firstly analyzed personality character of knowledge worker, consequently, the root of motivating knowledge worker and the inter relationship between personality character and motivate factors are found. At the same time, the paper coped with motivate factors from different aspects so as to draw a conclusion about characters on motivate factors, which was focused on knowledge workers. Combining personality character with motivate factors, the paper finally designed a crucial frame on motivating knowledge worker.
