This study was designed to test the training transfer of the carrying on MBA training programme in our state-owned companies, and conducted an exploring research on the organizational factors. One hundred and nineteen managers from several state-owned companies from Shandong province responded to the three questionnaires. First, at the end of the training programme, we evaluated subjects' learning and reacting results by the self-made Evaluation Questionnaie based on Kirkpatrick's theory. And found the foundation for the next step. Second, estimated nearly the same subjects' posttraining performance adopting Fengming's Managerment Performance Evaluation Scale about one year after the training programme. At the same tune, subjects answered the Organizational Affecting Factors Questionnaire. Two major findings are: (1) Management, posttraining intervention, needs analysis, supervior and peer suport, and training courses design are the five key influencing factors and (2) there are relationships between organizational factors and the training transfer, but only the element of management has significant relationships with transfer (P<.05).
