The NC products of Zhejiang Rifa Group now are facing new challenge, the competition became heavier and the organization model was restricted. The original products development strategy is ambiguous at the aspect of products station and the there was no numeral and feasible objectives, thus it couldn't offer effective instruction on the direction of the products development under new conditions. The thesis aims to relocate the NC products of Rifa Group and offer new objective for the products development and correspondent methods to help the company to seek new development chances under new conditions.After the careful analyzing on the inter-condition of the company, we detect that the company has effective mechanism, scientific management, flexible organization structure, strong ability to manage the capital. But it is weak in the area of R&D and supplier controlling. After the analyzing of the outer-environment, we detect that the great demand of the market supply the company with big volume and the environment advantages of Jiangzhe district and Guangdong district supply the company with bases to help the company to make the correspondent products promotion strategy. But at the same time the weakness of the native collaboration systems brings the most serious challenge for the dumbbell model.According to the discipline of developing advantages and avoiding disadvantages, we put forward the flowing strategy idea: to flow and surpass, to strengthen the single machine, flexible manufacture, to bring popularity, to locate Jiangzhe and develop smoothly. Under this idea we bring forward the definite strategy objective and a series of methods was made to help to reach the objective, then we demonstrate the feasibility of the objective and the long-term view by 2020 is made at the end of this thesis.
