The Appraisal Of Automobile Industry Competency And Analysis Of The Countermeasure In China

With the obvious trend of economic globalization and intense competition, the Chinese automobile industry still has the defects of lack of high technology and R&D independence, small scale and the scarcity of our own brands. The brand and the technology is the key point of developing automobile industry forever in the knowledgeable time. Compared with the developed countries' automobile industry competency, this paper establishes the corresponding index system and the model to analyze and put forward the countermeasure. Through strengthening the capability of R&D, improving the technology and creating our own brand, it is no doubt that our country can enhance the competency of the automobile industry. This paper includes six parts:1. The background and the significance of studying Chinese automobile industry competency. The automobile industry is not only a national pillar industry, but also an industry which relates to the state economic security. Researching on the competency of automobile industry has important strategic significance.2. Introduction of the theories of industrial competency, competitive advantage and international competency. Based on these theories, this paper analyzes the relationship between industrial competency and national competition by using the graph of competency pyramid.3. Discussion on the evaluation method of industrial competency. This paper has established the evaluation system and introduced how to calculate the index weight by AHP through the analysis on the resource and mechanism of industrial competency.4. Comparative analysis on international competency of Chinese automobile industry. According to the foregoing evaluation system, this chapter has ranked the competency of the main countries. And it has analyzed the possible issue during the development.5. The countermeasure of developing Chinese automobile industry. It can enhance the competency of automobile industry in this way that implementation of NAIP, carrying out the strategies of scale optimization and developing independently, optimization of "two rights" and controlling "two pattern".6. Finally, we summarize the dissertation, sum up the creative work and make an insight of the further research.
