The Humanity Design Of Chinese Enterprises' Strategic Development

Chinese enterprises have made some progress under the ongoing market economy. However, these enterprises usually cannot grow bigger or live longer due to the ignorance of the enterprises' strategic management. Therefore, how to survive and how to promote their sustainable development under the extensive press after China's accession to WTO, are serious and practical problems faced to Chinese enterprises.Under the guidance of Marxist principles, this paper uses the laws of cause and effect analysis, comparative analysis and systemic analysis, with reference to the theories of related economics, management, cultural science and sociology. Basing on summarizing the current situation of Chinese enterprises' strategic development, this paper first analyses the influence of external environment such as traditional social structure and culture to enterprises' strategic development, then anatomies from the enterprises' interior structure and lifecycle. Finally, this paper illustrates the basic conception of humanity design for enterprises' strategic development from both the enterprises' developing stage and interior structure with the view of contingency theory and human-oriented ideal in the traditional culture.
