Today, the industrial globalization has developed rapidly. As a component of the world industrial structure system, how to choose the right strategy of adjusting our industrial structure in accordance to the trend of the world economy constitutes an important problem. So, we must reorganize the industrial structure in light of the thought of globalization and accelerate the reform of State-owned Enterprise, which is the only way for us to adapt to the new international situation. Chapter I: The summary of industrial globalizationSince the beginning of 1980s, the world economy began to relate to each other closely with an unprecedented speed. No one country in the world has ever experienced the close reliance on each other, especially in the field of economy. The phenomenon has become so influential that the emergence of an economic problem in one country can quickly affect the whole world economy operation. As a concept to describe this kind of phenomenon, economic globalization has become the most frequently used term. In a sense, economic globalization can also be seen as industrial globalization. Industrial globalization means the expanding and activities of industrial organization, with the evolvement and upgrading of industrial structure together. The deepening of industrial labor division constitutes a fundamental cause of industrial globalization and the advancement of science and technology acts as a driving force. To realize the proliferation is the main reason of its existence. Correspondingly, the industrial globalization becomes the necessary result of the pursuing of the maximization of profit. Now there are some new characteristics of industrial globalization such as globalization of capital allocation, globalization of technique spreading, globalization of market, globalization of industrial division, globalization of trade etc. As a form of the industrial organization, the multinational corporations can be found all over the world and the regional contact between different industries is developing in depth. With the interdependence and influence between each other, it is necessary for us to adjust one country's industrial structure using the thought of globalization.Since the implementation of reform and open-up policy, a comparatively complete industry system has been established in our country. But compared with the average level of the world, we have lagged behind. Some in-depth problems begin to emerge such as the imbalance of internal industry structure, the assimilation of industrial structure, the conflict between supply and demand, the shortage of high-tech percentage in industrial structure.Industrial structure is the technical and economic contact between different industries in economic activities. Moreover, it's also the proportion relation between each other. The industrial structure has three characteristics: systemic, hierarchical and orderly. The optimization of industrial structure is the necessary way of adjusting our industrial structure. In one word, we should strengthen it in three aspects: the rationalization of industrial structure, the advancement of industrial structure, balanced development of industrial structure. As a developing country, we must grasp the opportunity brought by industrial globalization tightly and adjust our industrial structure by the thought of globalization. In detail, we must base ourselves on a high start-point firstly and take full advantage of our comparative advantage and immense potential, then give priority to the science and technique to improve our technical innovation capability. In this way, we w...
