Study On Layouting Of Mineral Resources In Theory And Practice

The mineral resources are the basic indispensable material of survival and development that the mankind depends on. Over the past 50 years, the development of the mineral products has made great contributions to the economic growth and social progress of our country. But the serious problems are still exist, such as the total support and demand are out-of-balance, reserved resources are in short, extensively develop and utilize, the waste and destruction of resources are seriously, the structure of import and export is unreasonable, the advantage of export is dropping, environmental pollution and ecological disruption are aggravating, the market of mining industry key element does not develop, the strength of macro adjustments and controls is relatively weak. Resource exhausted mine enterprises and industrial cities have also brought about a series of economic and social concerns. A basic reality is, although we have a large amount of mineral resources, the per capita occupancy is small, only account for 58% of the average level in the world. Especially the important mineral products can not satisfy the demand, such as the petroleum, rich iron ore, chrome iron ore, copper mine, sylvite, etc.Our country is at the stage of advancing the industrialization rapidly. Population growth approaches the peak period, enlarge the demand of energy and raw materials continuously. Economic globalization, revolution in science and technology, constantly changeable international environment of mining industry bring our mining industry the new challenge. After joining the WTO, our mining industry faces strongly compact because of the foreign low mineral products and the entry of the relevant resource and raw material.To solve these problems, we must according to our reality, constitute our actual, scientific mineral resources plan, and put it into effect firmly.This paper analyzed the background and significations of the mineral resources plan come into being, and then defined it and classified it. The author also researched the characteristic of the mineral resources plan, later presented the theoretical foundation of the mineral resources plan including systematic scientific theory, mineral products ecology theory, the section of presenting mineral resources planning. Finally, the author studied the planning content, the form of the text and the planning steps, and then taken the mineral resources plan for Wan Zhou for example to validate the resources development principles and methods mentioned above.
