In the latest ten years of 20th century, the "new economy" phenomenon appeared in America due to technology progress, economic integration and so on. With the further development of world economic globalization, "new economy" is expanding to the range of world. The intrinsic characteristics of "new economy" has caused the series change of customer behaviors, and made obvious impact to the effects of traditional marketing strategy of enterprises.Small and medium-sized enterprises are important component of our country's economy. It is important for our economic sustainable development to how to face up to the "new economy" for SMES. The development level of SMES in Hubei is important to the economy level and the progress speed of the region. In base of analyzing the marketing environments change of SMES in Hubei in new economy times, the paper put forward a set of marketing countermeasures.The paper analyzed the essence of "new economy" and researched the impacts to enterprises' marketing activities systemically, and discussed the development and their position in economy of SMES in our country and in HuBei especially. The paper researched the choice of marketing strategy of SMES in Hubei in times of new economy. In base of the rational studying the paper researched the cluster development strategy, production innovation strategy, network marketing and developing international market strategy that the SMES in Hubei should exert on systemically.The researching methods in the paper include system analysis method, documentations research, induction and deduction, social network analytic method.The innovations of the paper are that the paper put forward the marketing countermeasures of SMES in Hubei from marking use of "SWOT" analytic method in view of the new marketing environments of SMES in Hubei in times of new economy.
