AbstractSince the beginning of 1990's, the newly boomed net economy has been taken the place of traditional economy step by step, which brought about great influence to mankind. The effects manifest in the followings: transform of production mode and business mode, adjustment of resource allocation, innovation of value creation, changes of operation idea, running mode and merits and variety of structure of organization. The marketing of enterprises has already been facing with a thoroughly new environment. We should give an impartial and accurately assess to it.The text tries viewing from angle of marketing strategy to survey the dynamic state of marketing in an environment of net economy. As core of enterprises' marketing philosophy, marketing strategy has been paid more and more attention. However, how to innovate new marketing strategy in net economy and how to realize transformation of traditional marketing strategy successfully are still problems that confused many enterprises.The text puts theory and practice together, uses comparative analysis, positive analysis, quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis etc, gives consideration to both macro and micro levels, shows clearly accurate direction for the transformation of traditional marking strategy. Besides, the article also analyses in details some typical marketing strategy modes, which takes the core factors of net economy such as network, information and relationship as its basis. These could be used by enterprises for reference.
