The Operation And Management Of Open-end Fund Research

Mutual fund refers to the securities investment fund, which has unfixed scale and could be bought or sold at any time by investors themselves. At present, mutual fund is already the main trend of investment fund in the world. Our first mutual fund was issued in September 2001 in our country. Up till now, there are five mutual funds operating and getting good achievements. This thesis is going to study the operating management of our mutual fund.In this thesis, chapter 1 introduces what is mutual fund, the differences between mutual fund and close fund, and the four superiority advantages of mutual fund. From the annual reports of Huaan Chuangxin and Nanfang Wenjian, we see the advantages and disadvantages of our mutual fund in operating management. Chapter 2 generalizes the operating management system of mutual fund. Chapter 3 and chapter 4 talks about investment management and financial management of mutual fund through the examples of Huaan Chuangxin and Nanfang Wenjian. Chapter 5 advances the prevention and equilibrium management of mutual fund's fluidity venture. And the last chapter talks about the future of mutual fund on our country and its great promotion to the development of our financial field.This thesis is based on a large number of internal and external documents and references, and investigations in Penghua Fund Management Co.,Ltd, China Southern Fund Management Co.,Ltd. Mutual fund has got a certain achievements and the rapid development in our country. Comparatively speaking, the study concerning the operating management of mutual fund in this thesis is only the first step. And I hope that the more research we have on this topic, the deeper step we will get with the development of mutual fund itself.
