Along with the development and improvement of socialism market economy, after China was affiliated by WTO and world economy globalization forming post, the problems in depth which affect and constraint the survive and development of state-owned enterprises become more and more outstanding, result in the state-owned enterprises in our country face the huge survive pressure and serous development challenge. It is said in this thesis that ports of assets separated from state-owned enterprise list on market is a important way to enforce interior reforms of enterprises, transform management mechanism, benefit for further development of the enterprises and benefit for protecting and adding values of state-owned assets.The dissertation, which base on the China maichi Group Company , depends on some of relation laws and specifications with the conditions of enterprises nowadays. It analyzes the reasons and principle of some parts of assets separated from state-owned enterprises for listing. Then, the dissertation gives us the listed organization plans and operation methods of the state-owned enterprises which separate some parts of assets, it also puts forward some effective ways to resolve the problems of listing through separating some parts of assets. All these things are done for legality and effective of enterprises listing through separating some parts of state-owned assets. So, from this dissertation, we can see a legal ideological trend and effective operation method provided for current state-owned enterprises reforms or those state-owned enterprises which want to list through taking off some parts of assets.
