The Development And Application Of The Network Information System Of JiZheng

In the first two chapters, this paper illustrates the problems existing in the construction of information system in terms of organization, systematic concept, process control as well as human resource management. However, we can overcome these difficulties with the correct systematic definition and the guarantee of completely system development life cycle. Applying these theories, the Jizheng network management information system aims to establish a platform meeting requirements.In the needs analysis phase, making use of plan theory, it formulates the work plan. In the form of question-and-answer, fully understanding the problems and demand from different layers and angles, it concludes the systematic structure and systematic needs. From this section, we know that there are no information systems in some fields and current information system is in the lower position and the urgent demand for a network connecting whole organization as well as there are no sufficient qualified persons in the Jizheng organization. In order to solve these problems, this section provides a schema and analyzes its ability and feasibility.The forth part focus on the research work in three aspects. First, it gives the network hardware structure, ability requirement and how to realize that. Second, it analyzes the systematic functions, taking examples to illustrate how to model functions, behaviors as well as equity relations with the application of software engineering theories. The third part provides a schema detailing human resource training.The final chapter makes detail plan for realization of such system. Then, through analyzing the cost involved in project management, it formulates the cost plan and control measure for this project. After that, it also explains how to guarantee the quality and finally, makes the arrangement of hardware and software maintenance.
