Whole Enterprise Settle Solution Oriented Human-Simulated Intelligent Management System Researching And Application

Promoting the competition ability of enterprise is the end target of management information system. However, because of the problem and shortage existing in management information system about systematization, agility, intelligence, total integration and optimization, the function to promote enterprise competition ability is too far to people's request. Sincerely the total solution of enterprise information system—HSIMS (Human-Simulated Intelligent Management System) is put forward in this dissertation, which is based on CIMS (Computer Integration Manufacturing System), combining with the research status of the intelligent management information system and the thought of the human-simulated intelligent control, applying the latest techniques in computer science and information science. Then the basic conception of HSIMS is given. The model and solute framework about HSIMS is discussed. Finally, the realm of research, theories, method and techniques that related to HSIMS is present.Aim at the blemish about traditional organization in information collecting, saving and delivering etc. and the shortage existing in self-organization, self-learning and self-adapting, the basic conception of HSO (Human-Simulated Organization) is put forward, which is the organization management meta-model of HSIMS. Considering the macroscopic structure of human body and the kinesthesia intelligence, an organization structure model with multi-tiered hierarchical characteristics is built up. The basic conception about three entities: "the organization brain", "the organization organ" and "the organization nerve network" are given, and its structure characteristics and implement principle are discussed. The application about HSO is analyzed combining with the actual situation and comparing to other organization forms.Taking the manage thoughts of HSO as foundation, the whole framework and system structure of HSIMS that divide into three software entities: "the system brain", "the system organ" and "the system nerve network" have been put forward. According to the information processing characteristics of that "function fixed position, divide the area to project" in person's brain, applying the existing knowledge means and methods comprehensively, the methods and means for information expression and management that object-oriented in "the system brain" were given. Meantime, a workflow modeling method with its steps and layer is put forward to carrying out macro management and micro management, unifying intelligences and automation.The application of traditional modeling methods and techniques in the stage of HSIMS analyzes is discussed. To combine with the current situation of the enterprise and enhance the analysis of the application system, a matrix-based analyzing model for information integration of the enterprise was put forward. The model adopted the method of User/Creator Matrix and introduced the form of Information Flow Matrix. This model also employed the Enterprise Demand/Resource Matrix to re-define the business processes, organization and information flow of enterprise. Then, an Information-Integration Actual-Demand Matrix was derived by analyzing current system's functions to find out the un-integrated information flow among business processes and organization. Finally, combining with the information integration knowledge-base, the alternatives, methods and technologies for enterprise's information integration could be chosen and decided.
