The Theory Research Of Railway Passenger Transport Decision-making Support System

Based on presenting the importance of Railway Passenger Transport Decision-making Support System (RPTDSS), in this thesis, firstly function of the RPTDSS is analyzed, then the collectivity project and collectivity frame of RPTDSS is put forward.After the collectivity project and its composition are confirmed, in the thesis, every sub-system is analyzed and dissertated in detail and separately, and many correlative mathematics models and evaluation methods are presented. Firstly, in chapter 3, the composition and its function of the data management system are expounded particularly, and the passenger-ticket data system is also analyzed in detail. Secondly, in chapter 4, based on the analysis about the factors inducing passenger volume, the models and pertinent methods about forecasting passenger volume are brought forward, and the passenger volume forecast of Spring-Festival period transportation and city-to-city transportation are analyzed in detail and separately. Thirdly, in chapter 5, the factors and needing mathematics method and evaluation index about setting down passenger-train running project are presented. In addition, the railway ordering-ticket system and the selection of train are analyzed in detail, and the problems which must be noticed in the process of setting down the transport program are educed. Fourthly,in chapter 6, the influence of the two policies--the raising speed and thealteration of ticket price is analyzed, then feasibility of the alteration of policy is evaluated. Fifthly, in chapter 7, all economic indexes about opening train are analyzed, and the economy benefit about opening through-passenger-train is analyzed, in addition, the evaluation method on railway passenger transport service quality is put forward. Sixthly, in chapter 8, an application example is presented.Finally, in chapter 9, the main results and conclusions of the thesis are summarized and the future word is prospected.
