The domestic market of telecom equipment is totally opened before entering the WTO, the transnational communication magnates set up many joint venture corporations, the domestic manufacturers of telecom equipment have been faced with great pressure for a long time. The stagnation of international telecom industry lasts for years, and Chinese telecom industry keeps its prosperity, which attracts the transnational communication magnates all over the world, multinational corporations move the emphases of market to china resorting their rich technical strength and perfect financial support system, China become the main battlefield of the world telecommunication equipments. Multinational corporations are adjusting their marketing strategies further, which make the competition of domestic market more impetuous.
