With the development of wireless sensor networks,information and automation as the core of the idea of the world's military development,and it has gradually become a standard to evaluate the military comprehensive strength.How to combine the actual situation of our country and the experience of foreign troops in the process of information construction,in order to be able to stand on a higher starting point for equipment management information construction,In order to stand on a higher starting point for the informatization construction of equipment management,to achieve healthy and sustainable development of the construction and management of automation equipment is a challenge and very important task before us.,and it is also the key to the modernization of the army.This paper studies the equipment library management support system and realizes the functions based on the actual situation of our country and some experiences in the process of army informatization construction,The main works and contributions of this thesis are listed as follows:1)Research and design the overall plan of equipment library management support system.Firstly,the requirement analysis of equipment library management system is carried out according to the actual demand.Equipment library management support system mainly completes the functions of equipment warehousing management,equipment inventory in library,temperature and humidity monitoring.Then,a suitable wireless communication scheme is selected through the comparison of several common wireless sensor network communication methods.Finally,the software and hardware scheme of the equipment library management support system is researched and designed according to the selection scheme.2)Research and implement the hardware of equipment library management support system.The hardware of the equipment support system is divided into the core processing module,the ZigBee communication module,the power management module,the network communication module,the temperature and humidity acquisition module.And it selects the main function modules and designs the peripheral circuit of each module according to the actual demand.At the same time,the 2.4G inverted F antenna is designed to reduce the volume of electronic tag due to the large size of traditional rod antenna.3)Research and implement the software of equipment library management support system.The software is divided into reader and electronic tag according to the device.This design realizes the functions of reader's RF control,ZigBee network formation,management,network communications,etc.and it also realizes the functions of joining network,temperature and humidity collection.At the same time,The communication process between the electronic tag and the reader is developed.The routing and addressing functions of nodes are mainly implemented by Cluster-Tree and AODVjr in Z-Stack,However these methods are inefficient in large-scale networking,Therefore,an improved routing algorithm is proposed to reduce the energy consumption of the whole network and increase the stability of the network in due to the shortage of the two algorithms.4)Functional test of equipment library management support system.The equipment library management support system mainly tests the performance of 2.4G inverted F antenna,communication module and overall performance,and it also simulates the improved routing algorithm.The results show that the design of the equipment library management support system meets the design requirements.
