Establishing And Perfecting The System About The Right Of Information Sharing In Public Security Crises

It is essential obligation and required ability of governments to cope with different kinds of public security crises or contingent events in the time of globalization because that the happening of crises cannot be avoided. And the obligation of government to maintain the Right of Information Sharing has its advantage and necessity. So, we choose SARS crisis as clues to analyze the present conditions and the shortcomings of the system about the Right of Information Sharing in the management of public security crises in our country. At last we discuss how to establish and to perfect the system about the Right of Information Sharing in the management of public security crises in our country so as to improve the ability of governments to reply to the different kinds of public security crises.The first part of the issue begins at the new meaning of public security crises, and follows to introduce the management of public security crises.
