As the general rule, according to the track of development, the information construction should enter the conformity stage naturally. In this stage,the main mission are conforming the isolated application systems, conforming the distributed information resources, inproving the area and degree of information sharing and the service coordination.Through the above-metioned method,we can improve the performence of Public security department and realize the target of the Public security’s job. The intent of information sharing is the information resource’s full use.If the information of market, economy, administration, municipal administration, open government turn from isolated, scattered, inadequate system’s condition to connecting each other and often update system by standardized gathering, conforming and management. Then it will form to the precious resources witch will be useful to the construction. But now, Public security department’s information resource sharing doesn’t brings actually result and function.
