The Design And Implementation Of The Public Security Information Sharing And Service Platform Of Sanming Public Security Bureau

Crime has been a non-ignorable problem for development process of urbanization.Integration and sharing of police information from public security departments is the main objectives of public security information construction.The police information is not only to meet the needs of public security work,but also provide service for national economic construction and social development at the same time.The police department demand for the data from the relevant government departments when they need to detect criminal case.In the meanwhile,the government departments also have a wide variety of needs of the public security information.Therefore,it is an importment proposition to achieve the sharing of the police information and the sharing of the government data form the government departments.This article has designed and realized the platform of the police information sharing and service between the police department and the other departments of the society.To establish"information sharing and service platform between departments" and fulfil information sharing and service platform among the public security organs at all levels,government sector and social institution.As well as unified access of social information resources and enrich public security and social information resources.In this way,it can promote information sharing between public security organ,other government departments and social organization.The technical support ability of "Intelligence information to guide police" was improved and provides comprehensive services.The ability of social management in public security organs was improved.It can enhance the combat eddectiveness of public security organs.It also can improve the social security service information of public security data.Working diligently to improve creative performance of social management of the public security organs.It can realize social services of the public security information and promote quality of public security information services.The contents and characteristics of this paper are summarized as follows:(1)This paper has summarized the current situation of police information sharing and the research results of the integration and sharing of police information both at home and abroad.(2)This paper has introduced the key technology to implement the system,including the ESB technology,Web Service technology,the SOA architecture and the technology of integration and sharing information.(3)This paper has designed the Public Security Information Sharing and Service Platform of Sanming Public Security Bureau based on integrating the city police intelligence data,government business data and business data for each industry,it had realized some functions,including the functions of database management,resource catalog management,data distribution management,service management,data synchronization management,data exchange management and integrated query.(4)This paper has implemented the Public Security Information Sharing and Service Platform of Sanming Public Security Bureau,some functions like KPI logining,database management,resource catalog management,data distribution management,service management,data synchronization management,data exchange management and integrated query are described in detail.
