Research On Integrated Supply Chain Management Of Tianjin Fisheries Group

Tianjin Fisheries Group Corporation contributed remarkably on the development of Tianjin seafood industry. After years of development, the group has gained a profit, but the problems are existed as well. With the coming of new century and China entering into WTO, the group needs new ideas to cope with the competition worldwide in order to stimulate the development of Tianjin seafood industry.This article introduces briefly the basic concept of the Integrated Supply Chain Management, the sense and effect of its implementation, the establishment of the model and the methods of its operation and management. On the basis of the on-site research, we have analyzed the external environment and internal conditions of the group and brought forward to implement the Supply Chain Management to optimize the resources, lower the cost and increase the competition of the products.Therefore, after the analysis of the internal management status of the group, we have found out the present defects and measures to make improvement. This article brings forward the implementation plan of the Supply Chain Management and designs an internal logistics system of the group according to its features. More importantly, on the basis of the features of a large volume of stock and high costs of the group, we lodge a stock management and operation modal in the supplying chain environment to increase the level of it and lower the cost.The article puts forward a Performance Evaluation Model for the Supply Chain Management to inspect the effect of the implementation.
