The Study On Islands Open And Its Management

There are nearly 7 000 islands in China, whose areas is larger than 500 m . Although our ancestors had begun to exploit our islands very long time ago, our protection and management for our islands resources is behind of other countries very much today. Lack of effective measures for the complex system of island is one of important reasons, especially in open and its management of uninhabited islands. As our whole country's open made progress, the problem of uninhabited islands open is brought out. And the management measure must be made as soon as possible.Which islands can be opened? Which islands cannot be opened? Which islands' can be opened in the near future? And then, how to manage these different islands? These questions are very important to answer. And to answer these one. scientific researches are necessary.Hence, this paper is organized as follows: The origin of islands exploitation in our country is described in the Chapter 1. The policy and situation of islands open are introduced in the Chapter 2. In the Chapter 3, the policy and situation of islands open in other countries like U.S.A. Japan, Indonesia, and so on are shown. Some basic problems are arrayed in the Chapter 4. On the basis of analysis of factors which have affects on the islands open, several technique problems are discussed in the Chapter 5. In the last chapter, some advice for islands open and their management are given.
