System Analysis And Design Of Overall Budget Management System In Power Plant

The paper discusses the analysis and design of overall budget management system in power enterprises, including background of the system, overall budget management theory, the analysis and application design of the system.At first, the paper discusses the necessity of low-cost-strategy for many power enterprises in the background of power innovation. Through the application of overall budget management, many power enterprises can reduce power cost, advance labor rate and increase enterprise benefit. So the power enterprise overall budget management can be helpful to our power enterprises.The theory base of the overall budget management system in power enterprises is overall budget management theory. The second chapter of the paper gives the concept of overall budget management, the budgeting system of overall budget, the organization system of overall budget and the control methods of overall budget. The goal and functions are analyzed in the third chapter of system analysis by adopting structural system analysis method. The integration definition language (IDEF0) diagrams, business process analysis and date flow diagrams (DFD) are presented.The principles of system design are given in the fourth chapter and are applied in the construct design, the database design and programming. Finally, the paper introduces the future application and economic benefit of the system.
