| The main question of this research is regarding the integrated marketing solution for the Glory Grand Market (GGM). DMAX Corporation planed to construct 30 GGMs as its logistics bases over the country within 5 years to build a nationwide logistics system. The goal of the report is to provide the same framework of marketing solution for these 30 GGMs. Every sub-corporation develops its own marketing program according to the local environment whereas duplicability and adaptability for the solutions is an important requirement. The main content consists of market-investigation regarding project feasibility research and marketing framework in operation. The former includes the entire regional research, the candidate cities' market status quo and development trends, location of the project and environments, project positioning, price forecasting, project development schedule, etc. The latter is composed of CIS, the marketing plans in the stages of designing, developing, selling and renting. The emphases of the research are client description, pricing strategy, selling, renting, the Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) in the complete operation process. As a result, the contents and procedure of GGM marketing are planned in this report. |
