Since the 90's of the twentieth century, the market of road passenger transport in our country has been developed quickly. The annual rate of increase is nearly one time higher than that of train, while the development level and development speed of road passenger transport in Guangxi is far higher than the average level of the whole country. But at the present time it has entered a phase of steadily increasing. In the future 15 years, the increment speed of annual volume of the circular flow of road passenger transport in Guangxi will decrease gradually. It is predicted that in the future 5 years the road passenger transport will compete drastically with railway passenger transport in the medium and long distance market. Five year later the popularization of domestic car will aggravate the competition of the short and medium distance passenger transport market. Therefore the integration of future road passenger traffic enterprises and the integrated transport will be the development trend. In this thesis at first the development course of Guangxi Yunde Motor Transport Group Corporation and the general state of road passenger transport are described. Then the scale of the passenger transport market of Guangxi in the future 15 years is predicted by using multivariant linear recursive method and etc. Furthermore the competitive strategy of Yunde Group Corporation is induced by using Porter's five force model and SWOT analysis. The principal competitive strategy is to construct a unified public relation system of the whole corporation, establish a passenger transport management and planning committee to realize the unified planning and coordination of passenger transport network, execute an up-down extruding strategy with respect to railway passenger transport by express run and ordinary run, actively exploit bus passenger transport market in district, city and county and accomplish trade pressing strategy with respect to direct competitor, greatly exploit express run business and maintain ordinary passenger transport, energetically develop multi-province, multi-district and multi-city passenger transport, consolidate multi-county passenger transport and maintain passenger transport inside county, greatly develop the increment business of passenger transport station, collect energy and integrate the same trade enterprises, cultivate new seed business and realize related plurality.
