The Cognizance Of State-owned Company,Public Property And Authorized State Official In The Crime Of Corruption And Peculation

Along with advance of economical reformation and development of socialist market economy, a large amount of state -owned enterprises have been transformed into company ,which including state-owned single corporation,state holding corporation and state sharing corporation. As a procurator ,I realize deeply that is very important how to confirm state-owned company,public property and authorized state official for cognizance of corruption and peculation.This paper negate some opinions and affirm points of view in argument by the way of the basic theory combined with the cases .During writing this paper ,I state points of view by criminal theory both and economical law theory ,and try my best to express clearly these problems from multi-angle.There are five chapters with more than30000 words in my paper .
