The Analysis Of The Relationship Between The Social Responsibility And The Achievements Of The Chinese Medical Enterprises

This subject of the corporate social responsibility, which originated from the idea of stakeholders of enterprise at the beginning of the 20th century in American, is a kind of thought that enterprise's interests are consent with social interests. This theory is a subject of dispute and reality. On one hand it is conflicted with the traditional prevailing views of enterprise , and is censured extremely ; On the other hand it can not be transformed into unit one definition yet because the researchers of this theory have different views. But as a kind of new thought of business administration, it has been getting support from a certain degree of various circles of society and approval. In China, the research of social responsibility of enterprises theory is still at the starting stage. The theory of social responsibilities of enterprises is still strange to the enterprises and the stakeholders of enterprises . What is the social responsibility of the enterprises? Can social responsibility theory of the western enterprises combine together with the reality of Chinese enterprises'? How to combine? With this thesis the writer attempts to provide the exploratory answers to these questions. This thesis reviews the corporate social responsibility theory development of western countries which is conflicted with the prevailing theory and surveying the academic disputes on corporate social responsibility , combines the current situations and the problems of medical enterprises in our country, and thereby puts forward the social responsibility of medical enterprises of our country; And through the analysis of the relationship between the social responsibilities and the achievements of the enterprises, the writer tries to confirm that medical enterprises of our country should fulfill the feasibility of social responsibility and attempt to establish the system of performance evaluation that enterprises undertake social responsibility ; On this basis , the writer put forward the policy recommendations that medical enterprises of our country fulfill social responsibility . The current study intends to find a way that the medical enterprises in China will develop healthily through the research of community responsibility to medical enterprises of our country. The method of the study is mainly united practice with theory, combining qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis. Through study , the innovative view that this thesis puts forward is: enterprise's social responsibility is the idea of the interests win-win of enterprise and stakeholders, it is enterprisesthat realize a way in which value maximizes, it is a kind of coordination of enterprise's interests and social interests. Through the analysis of the relation between social responsibilities and the achievements of medical enterprises, the writer points out that it is not merely stakeholders who will benefit from corporate social responsibility, but the society and the enterprises will benefit too. The achievements of the enterprises' social responsibilities are remarkable, therefore the enterprises can fulfill their social responsibilities. Thus the writer considers that enterprise's social responsibility and enterprise's profit to maximize are not in an absolute contradictory relation, but the two should be in a kind of balanced and harmonious relation with each coordinating to each other.
