A Study On The Legal Mechanism Of Corporate Social Responsibility

Corporate social responsibility refers to the enterprise’s survival and development not only in the best interest of shareholders, should be in meet the public demand at the same time,appropriate to give up the intention of the capital profit and satisfy the interests of employees,consumers, environmental interests and the interests of the creditors and other stakeholders.Theory by applying the methods of the denotative and connotative concept of corporate social responsibility on corporate social responsibility.Implementation Mechanism of corporate social responsibility refers to the various ways to implement corporate social responsibility, the combination of methods, including legal mechanisms, mechanisms of social and ethical mechanism. Legal mechanism is the use of a variety of legal means of adjustment factors and social relations, in order to achieve a particular purpose of the law, which is a complete legal system. Company legal mechanisms targeted, sustained, systematic, high-impact features.
