Study On Relationship Between The Estate Industry Development And Gdp In Tianjin

As one of the important cities, Tianjin plays very important role in national economy construction. Since economic reform, the economy has developed. Comparing with other developed and international cities, there are big differences in scale and quality. Estate industry is one of the important industries in Tianjin economy construction, it is very important that how to make it pull the economy development. The natural environment, social and economy environment, land resource and city's base construction in estate industry of Tianjin are analyzed.The periodical wave of estate market and present situation are studied based on estate market history and industry scale, development corporation and agency's reality, the development efficiency is evaluated by date envelopment analysis, and relationship model between estate industry and GDP is established, and the development stage and goal are studied. The statistical forecast system is developed.
